1. Agreement to terms

By accessing our website, scheduling a session, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and customers of Neighborhood Neuropathy, operated by Dr. Steven Zilke ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of services

Neighborhood Neuropathy is a non-clinical wellness studio providing in-studio wellness sessions for individuals with peripheral neuropathy or related wellness concerns. Our services include one-on-one and group sessions using passive modalities and light movement. We are not a medical facility, and our services are not physical therapy, medical care, or medical treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By scheduling a session or using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

4. Sessions & payments

When you schedule and attend a wellness session at Neighborhood Neuropathy, you agree to the following:

  • All session rates are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice.
  • Sessions are paid at time of service or through advance payment arranged at booking.
  • Payment is processed securely and we do not retain your credit card information.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Refund policy

Due to the nature of our services, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. If you have a concern about a session or charge, please contact us at (314) 408-8080 within 7 days and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our materials — including but not limited to videos, written materials, downloadable handouts, branding, and logos — is owned by Dr. Steven Zilke and Neighborhood Neuropathy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Not medical advice or medical care

Neighborhood Neuropathy is a non-clinical wellness studio. Our services are not medical care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have a diagnosed condition such as peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, or any neurological condition. Dr. Steven Zilke's credentials as a physical therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist do not establish a provider-patient relationship through these wellness services. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual. Use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Assumption of risk & health screening

By scheduling a session, you represent that you are in good health and have consulted with your healthcare provider if you have any health condition or concern. You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in any physical activity and assume full responsibility for any physical injury, discomfort, or adverse effects that may result from your participation in our sessions. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if you indicate a condition that may put you at risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neighborhood Neuropathy and Dr. Steven Zilke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services — including but not limited to physical injury, pain, or discomfort. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-party platforms

Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Meta Pixel, and others. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Saint Louis, Missouri under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
